Determine new tool lenght after tool change or exchange of a broken tool.

The control software supports the fully automatic correction computation of the tool length in combination with the WLS. The tool length sensor is installed within the work area of the machine and the position is set as measuring point in the control program. During the processing of files with different tools or after a manual tool change (e.g. after break) the control determines now automatically the length of the tool and considers these in the future with the further treatment. A continuous depth of immersion is ensured.

The standard control electronics have already the necessary connection for the WLS, thus can be realized a measurement of the tool with all AutoGrav machines.
