MMKS cooling system

In some cases it is not possible to work without any cooling fluids. However these fluids produce often high costs and also health risks, these substances must be used consciously. The solution is based on the principle to apply cooling fluid as small as possible.
The major task of the cooling consists of exhausting warmth reducing the wear of the tool and achieving a larger accuracy of the workpieces.
During the lubrication the most important task is the friction reduction, those, exactly like a good cooling, which wear of tools reduces. Further a friction reduction does mean a force saving which can not be underestimated.

Operational principle:

The venturi nozzle produces a negative pressure, which sucks in and sprays the liquid from the pressure-free container.

Adjustments:

quantity of the liquid (manual)
quantity of air (manual)
air pressure (manual)
on/off by electronics (electrically, pneumatically)

For operating of the MMKS compressed air (0,5-5bar) is necessary.

Attention! No easily inflammable liquids may be sprayed with the MMKS, because explosive air mixtures could develop!
